Has anyone used Canada Employee Sleep Program to buy a mattress?

My company offers some (seemingly?) steep discounts on mattresses from the Canada Employee Sleep Program (sleepprogram.ca). They seem to offer "branded" mattress, like Sealy, Serta, etc..but I'm having difficulty researching into the specific matteress they offer, as I don't seem to find that exact model elsewhere.

Anyone have experience with these folks? I was leaning on Casper...but I want a hybrid, as I want the coils as well, so expanding my search. I'm also considering the Silk&Snow Hybrid, which I've heard good things about.
