Has PayPal stopped offering e-GCs?
Since 1-2 weeks, I am trying to purchase e-GC from PayPal by using PayPal amount.
However, on the final payment screen, it does not allow to me to pay by PayPal money and, asking to "pay by other method". On a side note, my CC is attached with PayPal account but, I would want to pay by using PayPal amount. I also tried changing the browser, cleared catches etc but, no luck.
Just like Amazon, has PayPal now stopped selling e-gift card by making payment from PayPal amount OR is it just their system glitch/broken link? OR it's just PayPal is now giving hard time to it's customer?
Any suggestion to resolve this, please?
