Hayward has pool heater

We are getting an error code IF on our Hayward H250FDN it was installed 3 years ago.

The heater is in a pool shed.

Looking for recommendations of a person/ company to have it looked.

Maybe a blocked orifice?

We are Cambridge Hespeler area.

From my Hayward H250FDN manual: Error Code IF Ignition Failure Error
"If the control exceeds the maximum number of ignition retries or recycles the heater will shut down and go into lockout. Automatic reset is 60 minutes."

Is there a shut off valve on the gas line that isn't open?
