help getting rid of a pop up

I used malware bytes and avg to scanand they can't find this, I checked my apps/programs and can't find out where this is coming from even chrome extensions only had 2-3 things but weren't this. I get pop ups all the time on the right bottom corner, if someone can help me get rid of it please!! Picture is at the link below.

You can also disable the notification in Chrome itself. https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3220216

In Chrome, go to chrome://settings/content/notifications , block all notifications by toggling off "Ask before sending" or remove individual sites that shouldn't be there. What usually happens is a website will throw up an allow/deny prompt to show notifications and allow was inadvertently chosen.
