looks like another samsung problems. never buy samsung appliances eg fridge, freezers, washer, dryers... etc.

try a few settings

-cold washing only.

- is your detergent HE certified or used for HE washer / dryers??

-soil / soaking longer,

- when spin cycle adjust to less drive then to super dry. super fast spin mode.

-use liquid detergets, don't use those puck sized detergents, it leaves stains. I'd tryed the sample packs dont like it.

- throw two large beach towels in your washes see it does anything.

Have you tried adding more water? Using less detergent then recommended, i only use about a table spoon and a half.

Return it if possible?

Thank you both -akito925 and Gidget

2 months into using the washer.
better results ( but leaves much to be desired)
did the following
- cold wash / low spin / quick wash / liquid HE detergent
Tricks
-start on bedding setting: add big towels with clothes, let water fill in to wet clothes, chnage to quick wash
( the washer senses the load weight=heavier , adds extra water on wash cycle )
cons
-clothes still not clean
- rinse cycle does not have the extra water , also no soaking option available-unless done manually= ( wastes water/soap/need to be present )

Thanks for the update appkidak. While its not covenient the way you have to launder your clothes, at least its not ruining them. I regret getting rid of my old agitator washing machine, in retrospect i wished i had repaired it instead.
