Help with laptop looping

Hey all,

Thanks in advance for any help.

Yesterday I was sitting outside on my porch which is in the new developments with my laptop which is a Dell Inspra Ron 1525 so it is kind of old and my putting my battery I said outside and I worked on the battery shut off the computer today I tried to restart it but it's looping on the bios revisions , I cannot boot using F8 only f12 works, tried putting in my win 7 burnt cd and it once gave me a code 5 error, won't boot from USB either. Opened the back because maybe dust got in, no luck.

Any suggestions would help.
