Help me diagnose my samsung plasma TV please

My PN60F8500 has started having some kind of dead vertical lines on the left side. The lines are actually a bit of many colors and not stables. At first, there was only 1-2 lines but the number is slowly increasing.

According to this web site, it seems a control board malfunction:

What do you think?

Thanks

It may be or it may be the connection between the control board and the plasma screen - ie the ribbon cable connector is faulty or the solder connection broke.

A good forum that may be able to help is;

Helped me diagnose an issue with my Samsung plasma with pink banding. Turned out it was a simple software patch that I found out about from that forum.

You can open her up and double check the connections. The most important one is the connection between the "T-Con" AKA the driver and the display panel itself a lot of time that gets loose because it's near the speakers and over the years of low rumbles can do it.
Or the T-Con itself is the problem.

I learned way more than I wanted to about Flat panel TVs during the lock down Fixing a dumpster find 55" LG.
