Help me identify and find this towel and toilet paper holder

I had bought the towel hook and toilet paper holder a while ago, and want to buy some more but I can't find them now and I don't recall where I bought them.

They are solid and sturdy and hold the oversized Costco toilet paper rolls.

Any ideas?

Looks like a Kohler towel ring. Google and you'll find similar ones.

How long ago? Probably discontinued and you won't ever find them.
People will believe what they want to believe whether fact or fiction.
'tis most frustrating when they aren't open to see and/or learn which is which.
