Help needed finding fence post protector

It seems that no one knows what they are or where to get them locally (Toronto). These sit at the base of fence posts and are suppose to prevent rot from runoff. Replacing a bunch of posts in my backyard and would like to avoid them rotting in the near future. If anyone knows where I can find these locally that would be a huge help. Already looked at Home Depot, Rona, Lowes with no luck. Home depot of sells them online but it's a case of 6 where as I only need 3. TIA!

I suggest, in my humble opinion, this method instead. Get a quart of brush-grade roof patch from Canadian Tire for less than $10 and a dollar store throwaway brush and paint the sunken surface generously. And make sure that each post sits on a bed of gravel, about 6 inches worth. This is my preferred method versus using concrete.

If the posts are pressure treated wood then putting those protectors on is a waste of money.
