help with rakuten.ca CB (anyone saved dell 10% CB screenshot?), much appreciated
I bought a Dell 3818DW monitor on Dec 26, when there was a 10% CB from rakuten.ca. I logged in on Feb 2nd, nothing posted. so I started file a "missing cb" and email back and forth since Feb 2nd. Last week, rakuten emailed me that CB was posted to my account. And I checked, it was posted to my rakuten.com account, 2% only. then I emailed back to them again, told them again, that
1. the purchase was made from my rakuten.ca account, not rakuten.com, as you could see from "shopping trips", and copied and pasted that info to them again
2. the CB then was 10%, not 2%
now, the 1st thing is very easy for them to verify. for the 2nd part, I did not save the screenshot of that 10% cash back from Dell.ca on rakuten.ca during Boxing Day, while one of rakuten staff emailed me it was 2%. anyone happened save the screenshot please post here, so I could save the pic and forward to rakuten. (Lessons learnt guys!)
