Fido is owned by Rogers and they're both cable.

So Fido should be available. Try calling in / chatting with an agent so they can do a manual check on your address.

Not sure why you wouldn't have access to Fido in Stittsville given that they're literally just Rogers, but I guess it's possible.

Fido is definitely available in the Ottawa region. I live near CHEO and am on Fido.

I started this yesterday and stopped when I got to Jack, their automated chat. Will pursue.

Did this and the agent told me the service wasn't available. I pushed back, saying I am currently on Rogers cable internet. My address maps to both Stittsville (available) and Kanata (not available). I'm in Kanata but whatever. I got their current offer of $37.50 for a year of 150Mbps plus $150 MC prepaid gift card. WIN!
