Bought a black and white for $40.19 each back Jan 2021. Inflation pricing now ($59). The hood part is a little big but the jacket itself is very warm and nice fitting. For the price back then, no where you can get a jacket that is warm.

$59 is still not bad price since you won't get anything from Walmart for that kind of price. I was very surprised how well it fit compared to my $175 North Face Gotham 2/3 jacket from Sporting Life. The lining inside is warm and not as heavy as the Gotham. Perfect for shoveling the snow, etc. and you don't feel you got ripped off. Honestly, in minus 10 or lower, it could easily substitute for the Gotham.

Dark Grey is nice but only in XS. Always check back as they sometimes reload stock. This happened in Jan 2021. They went OOS on some sizes and then it would just pop up available again.

Would it be weird for a working professional to wear this?

I know the brand from my young days, but a jacket is a jacket right?

Edit: nevermind decided not to buy it, doesn't look that nice after looking at it more. The branding itself is probably what ended up ruining it for me.

I have worn Hollister clothes for the past 12 years because they make good quality stuff at affordable prices. As I grow older, I keep getting more conscious of the very conspicuous branding. I wish they would make it more subtle. Many times I skip certain clothes just because of their in your face branding

Thanks OP, my current winter jacket is starting to fall apart, decent replacement.

That original post(er) might have confused age with adult daddy gut.

Some fat women like to body shame thin women just because they're too fat to fit into lower sizes. It's no sizes for "real" women, women who eat more than salad, women who aren't "skin and bones", women who don't have the body of 13 year boys, non 13 year old girls, etc. Men do it on here too.

People's bodies can be different sizes for whatever reasons, and if something is not the right size and doesn't fit, there's no reason to mock others' bodies, or make up bitter sounding nonsense about others not being an adult/having a non adult body, or having an eating disorder, to drag and put down the people who fit, by body shaming them for reasons that aren't even true for why they fit and others don't.
