Radon detector hit an ATL at amzn & BB, so I figured I should PM at HD and it worked via live chat, not sure how long it would last before they also drop their price to match.
Bestbuy model should be EU 244 (bqm) and HD should be 223 instead of 224. This does make sense because they both likely measure bq/m3.
Edit : I understand now. 224 is Canadian version and BQM is unit measurement (different from EU model).Amazon link describes both BQM in title and model 224 in specs. No excuse for HD now.

Dumb question, but how do you access the live chat on HD? I tried to find it multiple times with no success!
Same here. ended up using their text SMS support. Just have the links handy and it's pretty easy, and remind them it's a price beat, not just price match.

Try 2 agents both of them say HD unit is on battery and the one from BestBuy is on gaz lol. Can't convain them.

I found the trick and it worked : Price match firstly with Amazon link. Once approved they said could only price beat 10% against bestbuy, lowes, etc. Then here you go, boom, send the Bestbuy link. No luck with Armit or Adelhalim as agent, successful with Ramon.
