Did a search for this and couldn't find it posted yet.

Home Depot will have the Ecobee 3 for $219 starting Thursday, November 23. Savings of $80.

Ecobee 3 Lite will be $199, savings of $20.

Both possibly eligible for $100 rebate as well, bringing potential price to $119/99 respectively.

This was a deal I was personally waiting for!

Edit: Sign up for newsletter and recieve coupon for $10 off $50, for even lower price of $209!

Does anyone know if price match at Lowes would work on this? I know it's black friday pricing but maybe since it's not black friday yet it could work. It'd be great if they did, making the effective price $197.10 before tax.

I price matched at Lowes for $197.10. Unfortunately, I can't combine it with an additional $25 off Visa Checkout promotion or $10 newsletter code.

I just tried to price match it online after you did, and got rejected by the customer service agent. Great that you got it though!
