[Home Depot] DEWALT 20V MAX ATOMIC Lithium-Ion Cordless Brushless Hammer Drill and Impact Combo Kit with Right Angle Attachment $199

First time post, go easy on me please!

This is the Hammer Drill combo for those wondering what the difference was with the other $199 set. The employee that helped me also confirmed it seemed to be an "under the radar" sale.

The same combo without the right angle attachment is $299 right now (I originally bought this set without the attachment on sale for $229 in June):

Hope someone enjoys!

Sold out in Metro Vancouver. I've been to 5 stores and despite the systems saying they have "limited stock", they are no where to be found.

The ridgid hammer and impact with 2 x 4ah battery for $149 is much better deal.

The smaller batteries are fine for most people. Hours of use before charging. They aren't as big and heavy either which is nice for certain things.

Depends on your trust for rigid over dewalt imo. From my past experiences being in the trades, dewalt any day. That being said, for homeowners, rigid is great value.

I like that it has lifetime warranty.
But yeah If you're doing trades, milwaukee and dewalt is better than ridgid.
I think the milwaukee m12 fuel is the best for compact drills and Impact wrench though

It's YMMV and requires pulling out other peeps old clearance receipts so not quite the same thing. Great deal if you can get it.

This is a great deal, I picked one up and sold the battery since I don’t need them.

I managed to snag one of these from the Kenaston location in Winnipeg. Still 2 more in stock, they were not on display anywhere, stuffed at the top. The associate knew exactly where to find it though.

I went to these stores that reportedly have stock, had the associates comb the store... nada.

They said they would call me back once they reconciled their inventory counts. I doubt it of course.

Thanks anyway.

Thanks OP

I posted a similar Atomic deal in late-June:

home-depot-dewalt-atomic-20v-max-lithiu ... 0-2474434/

For those that don't want the hammer drill, that setup has the regular drill and an impact driver for $199 (sale seems to be on again right now).

EDIT: looks like it's missing the right-angle attachment as well
