Anyone know of a Home Depot in Calgary that will price match the saw (Cheaper at Amazon @ ~$643), but still give the stand? Went to 3 HDs in NW and none will price match AND give the stand.

I don't think any Home Depot would do that price match.

Probably the best RF Deal I was successful with was getting this combo around a year ago. Lowe's had the saw on sale for $480 IRC. HD had a promo for which if you bought the saw you got the free stand. HD price matched and beat Lowe's, and I got the free stand for something like $488 all in.

Good luck OP in getting them to PM, my local store is pretty leaniant compared to what I've heard from what others have reported on here.

I had to buy online so they would PM and give me the stand. They didn't want to do it in store.

Online wouldn't price match and give the stand, tried that already...

Got mine for just over $500 with stand in the summer. They price matched a local store. HD won't PM online prices.

I price-matched this in Edmonton earlier in 2018 vs. Lowes. Lowes has the saw for $600, so I went around to find a HD that would do it. 3rd Home Depot, at Westmount, the girl said ok, she would price match it. And I said "I get the stand too because nowhere does it say I have to buy the saw at regular price..." And she said yes. And then she says, "But since Lowe's is priced at $600, I have to beat their price by 10%." I wasn't about to argue. Got the saw and stand for $540 + Tax.

Got this deal with online Home Depot. They honoured the PM and 10% discount. Picked it up right at the store. Tried in the store earlier but they said no!!

I got this saw for 489 after tax at Rona at the start of last month. It didn't come with a stand but I just bolted it onto the Makita stand from the saw that I was replacing.

Thanks OP! Leaside location has the saw in clearance at $509, got it last week and just claimed the stand ... there was a display model still available ...

Don't know if anyone is still following this thread, but because of it I just got the Dws 780 with stand at Home Depot for $431+tax. It's on sale at Lowe's for $479.20. I got the price match + 10% at HD and the free stand didn't come up as an issue at checkout. Thanks everyone!
