Does anyone know if I can use Enbridge rebate coupon at QC stores?
The coupon has barcode and this message:

REDEEM AT HOME DEPOT STORES:
Provide this code at the time of purchase at participating Home Depot Stores. We’ll also send it to you by email.

Are "participating Home Depot Stores" only limited to Ontario stores? Did anyone try to use it in QC or other provinces?
Reason I ask is that there's none in ON nearby but lots just across the river

Good luck, these were almost entirely cleared out in August when HD had a sale and you could get this for $64 combined with the enbridge coupon.

vs what?

vs old mercury thermostat, absolutely.

vs a programmable thermostat, it would save money depending on how you set it up vs the programmable. If you just transfer your settings then obviously not. If you use geofencing then it will save money but likely will take many years to pay for the cost of the thermostat.

vs coordinating with 2 heat systems, absolutely. We have a heat pump and oil heat. They dont communicate with each other but I have temperature settings that stops one and starts the other based on temperature and vise versa, so definitely will save money.

Online shows 199$ and only sold in stores...
Is it an In-Store deals or only certain stores that have it for 131?

Looking at the eligible smart thermostats on homedepot.ca, only the ecobee3 Lite and ecobee5 are eligible for the instant rebate, so this ecobee4 is not?
https://smartrebate.enbridge.com/stores ... hermostats
Ecobee3 Lite WiFi Thermostat
Model#: EB-STATE3LTC-02
ecobee SmartThermostat with voice control
Model#: EB-STATE5C-01

I don't see a rebate for post purchase installation anymore. Does this mean it's an instant rebate only at HD?
