199.00 There is one left in St. Albert. Remember to apply for Alberta energy rebate. 75 bucks. 125 for this unit after rebate is pretty good. Thanks OP!

Actually, I'm looking at using it (or using my current smart thermostat) to operate my propane fireplace. In addition to a 24v transformer, I need a 24V relay (SPST NO). I was interested in your 2 wire set-up, but it looks like you're using an additional power source also.
Thanks!!

Just picked up one from Ottawa(Carleton Place) for 131. HD store price was 164, price matched with a store in BC (Duncan).

If your local store has it, you can still get it.

Thanks OP.
Do you know if they had any more?

The person I was talking to said it was the last one, but try giving them a call. I reserved it before going.

Received the ecobee today and went to HD for rebate. Rep told me that in order to get the rebate, you have to return and re-purchase it. Initially the rep told me that the store price is 199 and they can offer rebate on that. I explained them that I purchased online and rebate is not included ( she was under assumption that rebate is already included online, so that is why it is cheap). She discussed with her manager and some other staff member, after 5 minutes, got the refund and re-purchased at same price (online price - rebate = 63.28).

Thanks OP!

There is at-least 6 ecobee's in Gatineau store priced at 199. You might be able to PM them.

Trying to get my rebate at HD right now and they are saying they need to scan a barcode.. I only got a number and letter code from Enbridge for my rebate. Anyone run into this issue?

Edit: I called smart rebate and got a new code. Home Depot used it and I got my device for $63 all in. Wow what a deal. Gonna see if I can do that for me dads properties now. Can’t beat that deal.
