Home depot is selling the 3rd gen Nest thermostat for $249.

Visions has it for $248. $1 cheaper so you can PM for an additional 10% off.

This thermostat qualifies for the Ontario Energy 25% rebate which is automatically applied at checkout (must got into store for this rebate, doesn't qualify online). If you are also an Enbridge customer, you can apply for a $75 off coupon here https://nest.com/ca/rebates-and-rewards/ (they email you a coupon after you apply and it takes 2 minutes to apply for it, note that coupon expires Dec 31.

EDIT best buy has this package on for $249 starting DEC 24

PM it and get it beat by 10% and now you have smoking hot deal op.

Could be $105 all in with the google mini using the PM and and the rebates in the correct order.

I know people don't have a time machine but this could have been had on BF for 105-130$ depending on the order of rebates. I know you don't get the mini...
Picked mine up for $105 all in.
Either way I really enjoy my new 3td gen. Ran a C wire . Just didn't like the mixed reviews on not needing one.

I did see this in the flyer, however I don’t know if HD will be offering the GHM at that time. Depending on the employee, they may not accept the PM because the GHM offered in the BB deal is anthracite grey which HD doesn’t offer

Yeah very true. I just called my local HD to see if I could get the MINI under the 30day price guarantee. She said I would need to return and rebuy. I used the enbridge so she said I'm kind of screwed
I will call and talk to a manager tomorrow.

Just got this for 153.12 tax in at HD. They have a boxing week promo of 80$ off for a subtotal of 249$. The promo says it starts Dec 24 but I was able to get them to give me that price since they were advertising it. The Enbridge coupon stacked with it.

Anyone who purchased the Nest Thermostat a few weeks ago able to go back and get an adjustment on the Nest Mini? I could technically return and rebuy but the Enbridge coupon is a one-time use, unfortunately

Would be cool to get a combo pack like this for Ecobee and Amazon Echo as already have a echo dot but the December 24th deal sounds pretty good so maybe I will do that for my mom through her account for a Christmas gift. Will be great for when she is on vacation over the winter so I can verify the temps and not be as worried in between trips to check her place to meet insurance requirements.

$249 - 10% -$75 Enbridge = $149.10

$149.10 x 13% = $168.48

$168.48 - 25% rebate ($37.27) = $131.23 tax in

I am pretty sure it is the new branding for Google. Ie the Nest mini is the latest version of Google Home and now called Google Nest Mini

Nest mini is the basically google home mini v2. Has better sound quality and some other minor features.

I decided to go with the Ecobee as I have one at work and I like it. My mom has an echo dot already so figured might work well together with the built in Alexa voice control on the Ecobee as well.

I ended up getting it for about the same price as this deal for anyone interested (I ended up getting it for a few dollars cheaper because looks like they made a mistake on my receipt)

are they able to give me the nest mini if I bought this 2 weeks ago during the sale without refunding everything? They made a slight mistake on the price and I wouldn't want to mess up the extra discount by refunding then re-purchasing this for the mini
