[Home Depot] Featherlite Articulating Aluminum ladder, Grade 1A, $65 (normally $109) YMMV
Was at the Wonderland Rd Home Depot in London last night checking on the ECOBEE deal (which they have none of), and saw this. Not a super heavy duty ladder by any means, but great for a homeowner, if you need a 12 ft aluminum ladder that can also be used as a shorter step ladder or even a platform (have used a similar one, very handy for painting, edging near the ceiling).
Regular price is $109, on sale for $65. As with all HD sales, it is YMMV.
Featherlite FL-2097-13, Articulating ladder, graded 1A, so up to 300 lbs. Aluminum, so, it shouldn't too heavy. I didn't pick it up, so I can't comment.
