[Home Depot] Gorilla Ladders 3-Step Compact Steel Step Stool $19.88 Deal of BF

$2 more than the previous hot deal at RFD. Someone bought 2 or 3 ladders last time.

Not every store has inventory. Check Stocktrack

@Trini100 mentioned that it is a Black Friday deal and should not be available at this moment. Anyone can confirm this? If it’s true, the ladder will be available at least for most HD stores.

Multiple confirmation that the ladder is actual for Black Friday. It clearly states on the box: Don’t put on floor before BF. My thinking is that most stores will have the ladder sooner or later.

It’s a deal for BF. Though some stores don’t mind to sell them now, some decide to wait. Check the deal link a little later if the latter is your case.

Judging from the quantity of stock, 60, 50,40,30, I think these are new inventory. The ladder may arrive to most stores eventually. Maybe worth to ask a clerk in store if you found nothing.

$14.88 in 2019. $17.88 in 2020. Now $19.88 in 2021. Screw the stock market. Time to invest in step ladders for a guaranteed return!

Like stocks, you need to buy low and not at regular pricing!

I have a 2 step and I feel a 3 step would be to risky for slip or fall.

Best way imo to be an actual commercial for the "I fallen and I can't get up"

I rather pull out my light 6 ft aluminum ladder, much more solid and have more to grab onto.

We bought 2 of these last BF and use these far more than our 2-step or 6'/8' ladders:

-Construction is rock solid, folding stability bar held by upper platform with no lateral movement and no wobbly sensation like ones with free-floating center bars
-Platforms with ridges are "grippy" versus smooth steel. We even used these as makeshift sawhorses - downside: hard to clean between the grooves, especially drywall
-Steel is heavier/sturdier compared to lightweight aluminum - downside: at least 2x heavier than an aluminum 2-step
-Stance is wider than 2-step in both directions, less unlikely to topple
-Upper handle works like a stability bar against your legs, so it's easy to reach farther out when painting or drywalling - on a regular ladder, you might drop your brush or trowel to grab a rung to rebalance

At $20, try it out rather than imagining how it won't work - you might be surprised. If not, return it I'm sure someone else will take it.

My phone plan is $400 a month for 500 MB of data.
My internet plan is $199.99 for capped internet and slow speeds.
My credit cards are the ones with annual fees but terrible rewards.
Did I RFD correctly?
