Hampton Bay Venturi Spiral Flame Heater $198 (Reg. $656)

Not sure about the quality of this product, maybe others will have some feedback.

Only looks like a few stores have them in stock.

I have this unit ,, throws tons of heat, nice ambience, also the height is nice as it fits in a gazebo easily

I didnt pay the list price, but I did pay more than the sale price

Great deal IMHO

Also nice is that it is free ship to home so you don’t even have to pick it up. Been looking for something like this and the price is right so thanks OP for sharing!

Thanks! I've been creeping this heater on Costco for 2 years waiting for it to go on clearance. Great price!
The regular price is $400 at Costco.

Does anyone know if this can be hooked up to natural gas line? Is there a generic adapter I can use?

Thanks for posting. We built a brand new covered patio this year and while I enjoy the cooler fall temps and plan to be out there well in to Fall my wife was unlikely to do so without a heat source. We've been hoping to get a patio heater but don't particularly like the cheap typical ones. Very happy with the price on this unit and looking forward to delivery later today.

One review says it's starting to rust, because its steel

And a full tank of propane lasts 12 hours

I'm on the fence

The base is steel not stainless steel? So can this stay outside in the winter then?

12 hours on max is pretty good....

You could get some spray to combat the rust..

Fair concerns tho

It would make BBQing easier in the winter time, that's for sure....on the fence as I'm not sure if I would actually use this all that much.

Or You could just cover it in the winter to prevent rust.

I got one, buy now think later i think.

I picked up a traditional style patio heater this summer, but I think this one would be a bit better for my deck.

Does anyone know how this compares to one of those traditional patio heaters in terms of heat output?

I don't know much about them but I don't think you will find a better price. Rona and Lowe's is $621. Amazon.ca is $579. Costco.ca is $399.99.
