[Home Depot] LG Steam Laundry Pair - $1612+tax delivered (Price beat with Costco + HD credit card, maybe YMMV as reported)

My dryer stopped working last week, and wife wants to replace the washer at the same time. Saw this pair is on sale at both Home Depot and Costco, but Costco is 1 cent cheaper. My local HD was able to price beat by 10% as well as free delivery. They also have a promotion for another 10% off if paid by Home Depot credit card, which my father already has, so borrowed the card from him. End up with $1612+tax delivered. I think this is a decent deal considering BF/BD is still far away. I know Costco return policy and warranty is much better, but with $400+ saving, I guess I will take the risk. BTW, major appliances in my area bought from Costco and HD will be delivered from the same third party contractor.

I just ordered the 3700.. Oddly it seems to have wifi and smart app integration, but this 3770 doesn't. I assumed 3770 as a higher end model?

Good deal for a solid washer/dryer combo. Picked up both for around the same price two Black Fridays ago (2017) and very satisfied with the performance. Clothes come out perfect almost every time and barely notice it running in my 800 sqft apartment.

I got it from appliance Canada, 920, not a great deal compared to boxing week which had a YMMV sale at 720 w pm. But I am hoping to deliver later this fall so have some time to adjust pricing if it falls.

3770 has turbowash, 3700 does not. I don't think one is higher end compared to the other, they're just different. Personally, I'd go with 3770 over 3700 though.

No app or smart home support for 3770 oddly.

I have the 3770. It supports the ThinQ app through NFC connection. You tap your phone on the washer. The accompanying dryer has it too. You can download additional cycles to both of them.

It's a fantastic washer/dryer combo and 1612 delivered is an amazing price.

That's helpful, but am I reading it right that the 3700 has some smart functionality? As in start stop etc?

Frankly who really needs an app for laundry. Just seems neat, probably neater if it told you progress etc lol.
Likely to switch up to 3770 for turbo option

Costco indicate extra $250.00 off when you buy both same time. Total price comes $1739.98 plus tax.
So if you ask HD to price beat, you should got a even lower price than what you paid.

I think that is only for the pedestal washer and not the dryer.

3700 is slightly newer than 3770 from what I can see, so that it has the latest technology of wifi smart home integration, but lost the Turbo Wash function. The wifi function may sounds cool, but I personally don't think it's necessary for Landry.

I just bought purchased the 3500 last night for ($795 washer in-store price, $795 dryer in-store price, 10% off, free shipping) $1431 + tax for the pair. Any suggestions on whether to keep with the basics or spend a couple hundred more for the 3770?
Got that Zoomer plan finally!

Do you remember if the washer comes with water hoses? The lady at HD told me to make sure have new hoses ready, but I thought the new washer come with them. Thank you.

No I had to buy the hoses separately. About $20.

We paid $2100 (all included) last year from HD. This deal is even better.
