The stubby FUEL impacts are exclusive to tool supply houses as of right now. In the US, they've been available to HomeDepot since launch and were released 1-3 weeks earlier than in Canada.Solsearchin1 wrote: ↑Jan 21st, 2019 3:20 amDoes HD carry the new stubby 1/2” impact wrench yet? That would be good to grab with this promo.

I don't see it on the promo list anyhow, so you wouldn't get any free batteries.Solsearchin1 wrote: ↑Jan 21st, 2019 3:20 amDoes HD carry the new stubby 1/2” impact wrench yet? That would be good to grab with this promo.

You must have a great manager there. Is your store around Toronto? :-)Solsearchin1 wrote: ↑Jan 21st, 2019 5:36 pmI’ve had good luck with having managers override promotions like this with tools that aren’t on the promotional lists. Regardless, it’s not available at HD Canada yet so the point is moot.

The problem is the paint on the blade more than anything else. If you can get a 'food safe' blade for the hackzall, it may work well but I wouldn't expect it to be too accurate in the cuts.

Order your lamb already cut and wrapped?

I am planning on getting the $120 Costco frozen ones. They are usually 12kg so I think it's a good deal. So no ordering face to face. I can probably fit it in my freezer in one piece, but I would rather cook it afterwards in pieces vs whole.
