bought this on last time they had a price match from another company a year ago

The Fuel version is pretty heavy and twice the size of the non Fuel version. It's pretty top end heavy also.

Still very powerful!

According to the Milwaukee website the Gen 2 fuel version is lighter than the non-fuel version. They've reduced half a pound of weight from the Gen 2 fuel saw compared to the Gen 1 so maybe that's why? The Super Sawzall is 2 pounds heavier than this saw.

M18 Sawzall - 2621-20 - 7.4 lbs
M18 FUEL Sawzall - 2821-20 - 6.8 lbs
M18 Super Sawzall - 2722-20 - 8.8 lbs

I watched some videos and if you need to do heavy duty demo work the orbital function on the Super Sawzall seems like it will save time, but the tool is two pounds heavier, so if you are doing overhead work etc. you'll get tired faster. I think the Super Sawzall is overkill for my needs, but if I was doing major demo work I'd go for the Super Sawzall.

I see. 2 lbs is not that much though. Get hackzall if you want really light

I've used this before but prefer the 18 volt fuel hackzall.

You can use the hackzall with one hand and it's a lot lighter.

I was gonna come in here and say the exact same thing. Fuel Sawzall is great. A bit too heavy though. M12/M18 Hackzall. Will do it all

Nice catch. This is because there was a sale but IHL hasn't taken them down yet. So technically you could do the same for the other sale items which I believe were the Fuel Jigsaw, Fuel Angle Grinder and 6 1/2 circ saw that were all $199 but prices are back up on Home Depot already.
