I got a similar shockwave kit on clearance but it came with a long bits which this does not have, and to me that is where the real value for me was since to buy an individual long bit they are pricy. Let’s be real, $160 savings is a super inflated number.

I would suggest adding Milwaukee to your title, no one has a deal alert for Shockwave.

Even at the $40, which is regular price for this set, it's not a bad value. Milwaukee sells other kits which are much worse value wise, like the one where there's 18 bits total and it costs $25 (this one).

Of course the "$200 value" is from individual bits sold at $1.5/piece, which is okay when you need one specific TORX bit, but no one is gonna buy 200 of them.

Pretty standard price and they're all the short bits. 2" bits are where it's at.

This is some garbage for anybody other than home owners. These small bits wobble way too much in any kind of extention making them unusable for commercial use. Using them as is is basically useless as well cause you can't get into any boxes / tight spaces, etc. 2 or 4 inch bits are the only usable ones for outside the home.

Right! The pros always use bits that connect directly to the tool.

I keep a box small of oddball bits in my truck (security torx, etc) for the rare occasion I need them. Even then, I usually use them in a manual driver. They are the only small bits I bother with, because those magnetic holders are crap in a cordless tool.
