[Home Depot] Milwaukee Tool 6'/2m Locking Tape Measure $1.78 (GTA)

This is a handy pocket-sized tape measure at a great price. It's so small that it looks like a toy, but it actually feels solidly built and of good quality. It has a nice rubber grip, key chain with clip and a locking blade. It is discounted only at certain Home Depot locations. There was no price on the shelf, but the item scanned correctly at the checkout. Stocktrack.ca shows over 40 in stock at this price at Scarborough (Warden and Ellesmere) and Etobicoke South (Queensway and 427). Regular price is $3.98 at other Home Depot locations.

My boss & the people who quote has those & the Dewalt 9' version. For bigger jobs; they use their lasers. Bidding is competitive and to ensure something is standard size or length, they do a quick measure.

Handy for smaller cuts with the mitre saw and cheap enough to leave one everywhere. Kids would love this too, instead of stealing my larger ones.

I bought 6 of these the other day... At first someone in the house was all "Uhh why would you buy so many" until she took one and started using it. It's a great fidget toy for those boring office calls.

Has textured rubberized grips on the black parts, good lock and smooth rolling action. Can extend about 4 feet before collapsing/bending without support. I have one in every room and car now.

Tell him you dont have an issue with size so you don't need a bigger tape measure to compensate
