I just threw one of these out. It broke and sadly it was just barely outside of the warranty period. The dust collector is also total trash, it keeps opening up all the time. Unless you want it to open, this is when it gets stuck lol.
I would say this is the second worst tool I have ever owned. Not sure how this thing has such high reviews, I really really hated it.
I got a Ryobi sander as a replacement and super happy with it.

Pros: Easy to handle, smooth, quiet, ergonomic.

Cons: it chews through batteries hard. It went through my 9Ah in 40 minutes.

My DeWalt brushless goes close to an hour on a 5AH for comparison.
