[Home Depot] Price Error Anvil 10 PCS Oscillating Acc. Set $5.62 with SCOP YMMV

SKU is 1001-221495

Big cardboard display on the floor in the hand tool aisle showed $15.62 but scanned at $19.88 at Windsor East

Cashier adjusted the price and took off the $10 when I asked about SCOP

I figured with all the HD deals on here that some of you might be in the store and willing to give it a shot in case other stores have the same issue.

No idea about the quality of these but it seemed like a nice set to me for $15.62 and it's gotta be better than the dull ones I've been using while never thinking of replacing them while I'm at the store

SCOP.. Scanning Code Of Practice? Never heard of it before but this explains it pretty good https://canadianbudgetbinder.com/2012/0 ... in-canada/

"If the scanned price of a non-price ticketed item is higher than the shelf price, or any other displayed price, the customer is entitled to receive the first item free up to a $10 maximum.

If the item is more than $10 the customer is entitled to $10 off the lowest advertised or displayed price."

An oscillator is a strange tool. You don't think you have a use for it until you own one and then suddenly you find yourself using it in all sorts of places.
