I believe OP meant Home Depot on Terminal Avenue. If so, definitely nowhere near YVR.

Do you know if there is any fiberglass in the filrer? If so this would be bad. However you can use zep blue shop towels if anybody is interested.

The vast majority of Home Depot stores are open as usual, just with reduced hours. They're only closed in one, far-distant province.

Depends how you look at it, but I would say no to your question. The normal price of the 2-pack is already $20 off the price of two singles so this is an additional $10 off or BOGO as the OP mentioned.
