How did you guys complete the order? When I place the item in the cart, the price reverts to $129.

Highly unlikely given that the regular price is $129....

Earlier this year the price was $39 so not the first time it can be had at this price. Hopefully it ships for many of you.

Right. I think I remember the thread you made about it.

This is often on sale for 49 nationwide, so if you don't get it today it'll drop to 49 again.
Please don't ask or beg for "thanks". Don't act like this is Facebook. If someone found your post helpful, let them decide if they want to make that click. The more you beg, the less you'll get. Cheers

Tried this same thing (change store, ship to home) on a Ridgid belt sander earlier this year. No problem placing the order, but was later cancelled due to "out of stock". When online showed stock again, I phoned in hoping they would honour my purchase but was rejected.

It should ship, I purchased it for 39 earlier this year. For weeks it actually sat at my local store for 39 as well.

I've been watching it for 5 months on Stock Track (across Canada) and never seen it below $129 sadly but at $39 it's a good deal.

Thanks op as well for giving the store number. Was able to place an order and, looks like it will ship. Now to get a battery and charger; already have Milwaukee stuff so I doubt those batteries will work.

EDIT: The battery and charger are about $200, I don't recall paying that much for the milwaukee equivalent. I may need to rethink this purchase and get the black and decker one that Costco sells in store if the battery kit doesn't go on sale.

Ordered one. Thanks. I have 2 Ridgid lithium-ion batteries that came with a drill/driver Gen4X combo, a couple of years ago. I take it the batteries will be compatible with this?

Yes, all 18V Ridgid batteries have the same mount. (unlike DeWalt and some others that change)

Ordered, this is a good 'cleaning out the car' vacuum for times and places that I can't haul around the huge corded Ridgid shop vac.

Cant manage to bring it to Toronto.
Stay strong, situation always looks harder and that it will never end when you are in the middle of it, but remember past experiences, everything has an ending.
