[Home Depot] ROCKSOLID Garage Floor Coating Kit in Grey, 250 sq. ft, $152.55 after PM

I was in the market to find polyurea (NOT epoxy) for my double door garage floor coating and found the lowest price from https://unicon.ca/rocksolid-w-chips-gray/
I price matched with Homedepot to get 10% off. This is the lowest price for this Polycuramine in the market right now.

Note1: Polycuramine is proprietary blend of Epoxy, Urethane and Polyurea and is generally more expensive than epoxy concrete coatings. As per manufacturer it's 20X stronger than standard epoxy and much more durable.
Note 2: Almost all the bad reviews are related to bad estimate of coverage in advertisement of the product. Most people in the reviews are saying buy at least two times more than the sq footage you have in your garage. In my case, my garage has a new concrete floor, 18X20 ft2, with very clean and smooth surface, therefore, I believe 3 quantities of this product should be enough. For a garage with rougher surface, you may need 4 of these to cover say 20x20 ft2 area.
Note 3: You can also PM in other retailers such as Lowes, and Rona

One reviewer said he had to put $1200 with it. I don't think I would put $300+ on garage floor...

I ended up spending $2500 for 1000sf of Ultralock perforated garage floor tiles from Costco ($2.50/sqft). They're fairly soft to walk on and I'm very happy with them (as with all of the other reviewers giving them 5 stars). Too bad the prices have gone up 16% in 2021 :(

Wow it's beautiful!!
Is it easy to clean them? Are they durable over years?
