Home Depot/Ryobi must be clearing out their older model P460 to make room for the newer CL480B. Compared to the old one, the new one is more quiet, can do 35k RPM vs 34k RPM, has a foot pedal attachment (sold separately), and comes with different accessories included. Not sure why online it's $129 (When the newer model is $88, I think the newer model is currently a "special buy"), but normally it's around $80-$100 and goes down to $60-70 for promotions like Ryobi Days.
But if you don't mind the noise, slightly slower speed, and no foot pedal control, this is a great value and a great tool. Good for mechanics to cut a flathead on rounded bolts, and also get into cramped areas to cut off bolts, etc, that cannot be reached by an angle grinder (Or delicate areas, ex, cutting sway bar end links and avoiding brake lines). Also used by hobbyist to sand down, polish, etc. Unlimited possibilities!
