I bought at last year's sale, sold my gas mower and regret it. This thing is simply too light, I constantly find myself lifting it off the ground causing uneven cuts and recutting. Maybe if you can add a 2nd battery or some other weight in the storage compartment it would be better.

Bought it last year, I have a big lawn with hills and everything. Though I would miss having a propulsion mower but this one is perfect for my needs. 10/10 at that price

Sent my request in like 2 months ago, still don't have it.

That said, I love the machine.

Ditto. I sent it in at the start of the season and nothing. Going to dig up the voucher and re-submit and contact customer service.

Bought this 2 months ago and love it. Brushless and has plenty of power. Comes with a 6ah 40v HP battery (you can't even buy the HP version in store, and the regular 6ah 40v batteries run for $220). So great value.

The voucher I redeemed with minimal issue. Website is a bit wonky so I sent them an email, and received my charger within 3 or 4 days in the mail

Looking at the 21" model as it's has a longer run time 60 mins vs 50 on this model, has a lower clearance for shorter cutting and arguably a cleaner look. I've seen that model drop under $500 would the difference be worth it for my acre?

Good price.

I still chose a gas mower, front wheel drive 140cc Yard Machines, it is less than $300 at HD, and is [cheaply] made in USA by MTD. Pretty good little machine, although the stock blade is a universal one, and it doesn’t mulch very well. A dedicated mulching blade is about $15
