[Home Depot] Ryobi P310G 18V caulk/adhesive gun (tool only) $23.70 (reduced from $79.00 YMMV)

Home Depot in West Vancouver has the Ryobi P310G 18V cordless power caulk and adhesive gun (tool only) reduced to $23.70 from $79. This was a white shelf tag ("$23.70 Original $79.00") and it came up on the self-checkout at the deal price without issue.

Seen at the Park Royal store, three left on the shelf after I bought one. Online price currently reads as $79 as does StockTrack, so YMMV.

EDIT: added image of tag

Thats interesting that it was a shelf tag. Those are typically only updated by head office (as I recall), so at least it should be at other stores as well (at least regionally).

I'll have to stop by HD today and look for it.

Hot deal but I'm getting sick of the HomeDepot and their different pricing from store to store... my local store has stock but priced at $79

I've always hated how Home Depot does targeted store pricing. Someone gets it for $23 and it's $79 everywhere else.

Like I'm going to shell out full pop when someone got it for 55 less.

So dumb. If you sell it at that price at one store, the rest of them should have the same price. At least regionally

Thanks OP!

Would have been great to add this to my ONE+ collection of tools that I don't use. It may come in handy some day! Too bad, no stock for $29.
I can't afford to save that much!

This I would buy in a snap, even though I'm full into the Milwaukee stuff. 23.7$ vs 229$ is just crazy.
Too bad all my stores have it at regular price of 79$, which, still, is significantly better than Milwaukee.

Maybe this is worth ordering for pick up to see the in-store price via the confirmation email (then cancelling if it's $79)? Any one try GTA stores yet?

An electric caulking gun is one of the best tools you can have. I love it even though I don't use it too often. Not only do you save yourself from hand cramps, it's way more consistent when laying down because you aren't pumping it.
If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Thanks for mentioning this, I didn't understand why anyone would want this before reading your comment.

Being in the trades I caulk things daily. After caulking thousands of tubes I can say that a regular 15 dollar Home Depot caulking gun offers me the most control, however, that control took some time to learn.

I like my DeWalt electric gun for when I'm caulking in cold temperatures and caulking long runs (20 plus ft). When you have a battery gun and you have to caulk 800ft at the end of the day (30-40 tubes), it's definately nice to have

I'd pick one of these Ryobis up as a throw around tool for sure, sadly they're all $79 around me
