I have a USD home depot gift card, and I was wondering can I use this in Home Depot Canada?

Prob not
The FAQs on the US Home Depot website says US GCs cannot be shipped outside of the USA
Then it goes on to say ... CDN Home Depot GCs are available at their Cdn Stores

You could always call someone @ HD to ask

Yes you can use it. I'm 100% sure.

Somewhere in the FAQ it definitely says you can use it. I wouldn't mention to the cashier that its USD cause they might call their manager to confirm and it will turn into a whole big thing. If they just scan it without knowing it will work just fine. It will also work at the self checkout.

On this site: https://www.homedepot.ca/en/home/custom ... s-faq.html

It states
Gift cards are valid toward purchase of merchandise / services at any Home Depot® store in Canada or the United States, its territories or possessions.
It doesnt specify Canada or the US, so I wasnt sure whether or not I was able to.

Given we cant go cross border shopping at the moment, and if I can use it locally all the better!
