Thanks OP. Didn't realize Busy Bee Tools had a BC location. Will try to pickup a sheet sander via HD price beat.

Same here, I had the post as Ontario only but then saw they have a bunch of other locations 🥳

Does anyone have experience with the random orbital sander? I've been in the market for one but am reluctant to go cordless with it due to concerns with runtime. Would be using a 6ah flexvolt battery with it.

I have both the Milwaukee and the DeWalt cordless sanders. I prefer the DeWalt and rotate two 5ah batteries without issues. Busy Bee has a great deal on the same 2 pack might snag those if you can. Maybe keep your corded as a backup just in case.

So I bought a dewalt kit that had a charger, batteries and orbital. The battery it came with is a 5Ah.

So basically anything above that is recommended.

The dewalt oscillating multi tool not a bad price right? I already have batteries for it. I need to fix my parents garage wall a pipe leaked water and now there is black spots growing (im guessing mold) so my plan was to cut out the wall with spots and replace with dry wall

Is that right? The pipe has been fixed.

I once tried to PM at HD (Scarborough, Ellesmere). They refused, saying BusyBee was not a valid competitor.

I've been told its one of the most handy tools to have...

the thing is I have a reciprocating saw and part of the wall has already been cut out to fix the pipes

Should I use the oscillating tool instead?

I would try via online chat, should be no issues.

I just got the discount using online chat. Literally everything took 10 minutes.

Thanks. I have two 6ah flexvolts and a fast charger which can charge them from dead in 30-40 minutes. So from what you say I can definitely rotate between them and be fine. Thanks for the reply and thank OP

Thank you OP. I have been eyeing the sander for a while now. Got one at the Morningside store.
