With all the talks concerning auto hose reels in the last weeks (gardena at costco and CT, generic brands at PA) here is a really cheap option at The Depot.
It's also in my local HD flyer.
I have absolutely no clue about quality since this seems to be a new product but only 50$ and HD usually have a good return policy as well.
Downside is the lenght of the hose and diameter at 5/16.
