[Home Depot] Ymmv. Philip hue 3rd Gen -$99

Just came back from Home Depot Pickering and noticed that their philips hue kits are discounted to $99 from $199.

Not a bad deal for 3rd Gen hue’s with bridge and 3 colour bulbs.

Happy hunting.

Thanks, I just came back from Steeles and Dufferin, and they have it at 149.97 from 199.97, so YMMV on these.

For 99 I would have grabbed it for sure!

Plus 1 for the receipt.

Only want ambiance or colour.

HD rep at Ellesmere just confirmed they DON'T price match in this scenario, as the Pickering store likely has them on clearance, whereas the Ellesmere store doesn't...

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

You finally managed to convince two smoking hot twins (possibly Swedish) back to your place. They both love EDM and want you to set the mood. You have two choices:

1. Have Hue and set the mood
2. Do not have Hue

Your move, mate.

Well, not Pickering but I got a store here to mark them down to 119.99. Their argument was the whole store specific markdowns AND that it was nowhere near their district.

Still not too bad of a deal.

I’ll post the receipt. You can buy two of (like I did) and get 6 bulbs an extra bridge to sell for less than a 4 bulb kit.

Or just one, it’s $110 off the 4 bulb price.

Thanks OP

how about the notion of controlling and automating your lighting with endless possibilities combining colour, intensity and event based triggers (if this then that)
