[Home Depot] YYMV - $396 Milwaukee M18 FUEL Brushless String Trimmer w/ Free Blower

Per the title, YMMV on this one. Note that TSC charges taxes on the blowers full MSRP while HD doesn't.

TSC Stores has the M18 Trimmer kit w/ a free blower on sale for $439.99, HD has the same kit and promo on for $448. I was able to price match and beat (10%) bringing the pre-tax price down to $395.99 for the string trimmer and the free blower. I placed my order online for ISPU and called HD's online order support number to get the price adjusted. After about 30 minutes on the phone the CSR said I had to call the store to get it adjusted since it was an ISPU order not one that was to be shipped. I called the store and they would adjust things and that I would see the adjustment when I picked it up. FYI my ISPU ETA is 2-3 days from my order date.

Getting the second 8.0 battery is the better value. The blower went on sale for as little as $128.

Agreed, but TSC doesnt have that promo from what I could find. I was also after the blower as well as the trimmer, so it worked out for me.

The 9.0 batteries have gone on sale for $129 and I see them for that price on the used market now and then in new condition. Get whichever you've got a use for.

I’d take the HO 8.0 over the HD 9.0 any day. I agree if you need a blower, might as well get it but the second 8.0 (if you’ll ever want it) is a better deal.

When you price match at HD... Are you getting the 10 percent of the difference? Or am additional 10 percent off the lowest price? I'm looking for this combo as well

They give you 10% off after PM.

So HD is 500$, PM is 400$. They do 400 x .9 = 360

should have ontario in the title, TSC is ONT only and HD wont give the extra 10% for online matches.

Shoot should have bitten last week when it was $359.10 with price match. HD does beat 10% online when you price match HD online

I would think so, I would have likely gone this direction if we were still able to buy in store in Ontario.
