Home Internet deals (cable, xDSL, fiber) in Alberta

I'm one of those lucky Shaw customers, who got $45/m + $250 credit deal for Internet two years ago. And now I'm looking for another one. I put some info together in one spreadsheet to understand the best options. I'd appreciate if you guys could add/correct this info (see the picture attached).

Edited Feb 8th: Shaw offers 300/10 for $54/m with $50 credit. If you want 300/100, you need a new BlueCurve modem and the total price would be $70/m with $100 credit.

Feb 9th: here's a list of the ISPs available in your area https://crtc.gc.ca/eng/comm/fourprov.htm

Your title is confusing. I thought it was about finding random deals on internet.
P.S. Specify a region.

I was just talking to Shaw, here's what they offered:

300/100 new fibre+ plan with $100 credit $70/month. The plan activates right now (I accepted) and they waived the price difference between my old one and new one for the overlapping period. So I kinda got a free upload upgrade till Feb 26, when my 2yrs commitment ends.

300/15 $60/m and $50 credit with blueCurve modem, $54/m with some standard modem. I use my own UniFi infrastructure, so I don't really care about the modem they provide. I would accept the $54/m plan if the upload rate wasn't that pathetic. Working from home now with my wife, and it takes forever when we upload something big.

I still have 10 days to change my mind, so I keep looking for good deals around. The closest was lightspeed, which getting more expensive because of the modem rent fee. I'm not mentioning the tech support which actually works with Shaw and just transfers the requests with any piggy-back provider

I chatted with Shaw for my current account which has another 12 months for a better deal but they didn't seem to care! I cancelled my contract. I will pay penalty but I think I will save over time with the cheaper alternatives.
