Hello All,

My agent came to me with an opportunity for a 1bed assignment in this project? I've heard decent reviews about Great Gulf. Any thoughts on area/project? Price is $590k w/o parking and $655k with parking. (Not sure if if getting parking would be a smart play??)

Additional unit details:

12 floor, North Facing, 525sqfeet, 1 bed/bath

Home - Great Gulf is currently selling it's remaining suites. There is a North facing 1 bed on 14th floor listed at $569 with 529 square feet. Deposit structure is 15 percent in 365 days

To me, builder is good but the location is a bit off. If you are looking for assignment, Did you check out Daniels Waterfront - Light House West and East Tower ? Occupancy is next year.

I’m also considering this building....
but looking for two beds and two baths .
Just went to see their construction , but Adelaide seems pretty quiet place ?

It's an area in transition, close to distillery and for those who have lived in corktown they always have great things to say about the neighborhood and lifestyle. It's a project that is peaking my interest
