Yea it's listed on Amazon.ca for 2499. Kind of ridiculous price when it's 1499usd. Perhaps it is just a placeholder.

But good to see prices dropping. AMD finally bringing some much needed competition.

Everyone is waiting for the Ryzen 9 G 14 this year. Even microsoft knows....that's a fairly hot discount.

The base price is a bit inflated. Nonetheless, the GTX 1660 Ti with 6GB and 16GB of memory make this a great deal. 1080p display though for a 2K device is very strange indeed.

I was planning on getting the new Ryzen because of the hot reviews and skipped on the previous Zephyrus deal with Ryzen. But the price on this intel one was too good to pass.

That is true. Battery life is quite poor on this though (according to online reviews).

The U.S version doesn't have the fancy anime lid iirc. But i agree 2499 for a 14inch is a bit too much, especially when amd doesn't command a high price like intel.

laptops cant handle 4k gaming; hence 1080p

no webcam, plastic trackpad, average battery life, and mediocre color accuracy. Beyond that though it's an excellent laptop at this price. Not suuuuuper hot deal but definitely hot. I'm still waiting to see if there's some sweeter designs coming out later this year though.
