do we get an extra 10% off the 14.99 as it says "10% off all computer memory"?

Ive got a newer computer with 1GB (2X 512MB) of DDR 800 PC2-6400. Would my computer be compatible with this at DDR 667? If so would my computer run faster with 4GB of slower ram or with 1GB of faster ram?

FYI: Its a Compaq SR5410F.

I mean each weekly flyer from FS is kind of limited offer too, but BB will PM any item from it no problem. Also any tips on possible arguments with CS representative at the time of PM?

Sale price on the laptop RAM has kicked in, you can see it after adding to your cart. Price for me showed as $16.66, maybe something to do with the enviro levy here in Alberta...? Anyway, good enough for me, I purchased two, $41.xx incl tax and shipping.

Edit> duh just realized they must have put up the sale price minus the F & F discount, which presumably will kick in at 5pm EST. Looks like I pulled the trigger too soon. Guess I'll have to cancel /reorder in 50 minutes.

No... $16.66 + 10% discount = $14.99

So the sale price includes the 10% discount on computer memory.

Also, it appears you pulled the trigger too early and the 10% discount for the CAS hasn't kicked in yet. You had to wait until 5pm EST for the 10% discount to kick in.

You have to add it to your cart to see the 10% discount.

Wow, we are bogging down this site, and I bet it is just for this memory... Chatham store showed stock when I added it earlier, went to check out, it was now OOS, then just at 5 was in stock, but my bro in the store, says shelf is now empty, luckily he picked me up the 2 I needed... family is wonderful!

2.99 is not bad on a 15$ stick. only 18$ before tax.

i had ispu, but i decided to pay 3$ shipping just cuz gas/transit would have cost about the same anyway.
or 30 minutes of walking round trip lol.
