any word on condition?
Have ordered from them many times and equipment has always been like new. I have never ordered an Apple yet so we will see when it arrives. They have a good return policy.
7-day Money Back Guarantee
3-month Quality Satisfaction Guarantee
1-year Extended Warranty Option (EWO)
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an IBM Certified Pre-owned PC you acquire, you may return it to IBM within seven (7) days after you receive delivery to obtain a full refund.

For 7-day Money Back returns, the credit card refund will be completed with your bank within 10 business days after the machine has returned and the serial number has been verified by our warehouse.

If you call after seven (7) days but within three (3) months of receiving delivery, or twelve (12) months if you purchased an Extended Warranty Option, an equivalent Machine selected by IBM will be shipped in exchange for the original Machine. Such replacement will be shipped after you have returned the original Machine to us.

I'm not buying, but it looks like these should be pretty easy to upgrade (the SSD on the Pro at least). Came across this interesting tidbit:

In testing of the "Mid-2014" systems, OWC discovered that when a "blade" SSD from a Cylinder Mac Pro is installed in one of these systems, it "negotiates a x4 PCIe connection versus the stock cards, which negotiate a x2 PCIe connection." This means that the Retina Display MacBook Pro provided more than 1200 MB/s drive performance, a huge jump from the standard SSD.

Heck of a lot easier than an iMac, lol.

That coupon code seems to apply to the Windows laptops on their site too. Is the T420 with 128gb SSD for $381.60 a good deal? Need something for web surfing, Office, etc. No gaming.

coupon does not work
Make sure you use lowercase "ibmepp" to get the $60 extra off (tried uppercase at first, doesn't work).

The correct coupon is ibmepp in lowercase letters. $60 off laptops, $60 off desktops, $20 off monitors.

Just a reminder that Apple is probably going to refresh the retina 12" MacBook tomorrow. Might want to hold off on getting the IBM refurb MacBook....

Thanks for sharing BUT 25% off for a pre owned, refurbished and 2014 Apple device it's kinda freezing deal when you consider how quick the technology becomes obsolete nowadays.

Since when does everyone need bleeding edge? Might be 'obsolete' to you, but these machines will continue to meet the needs of many for several years yet, and at a price substantially less than Apple refurb pricing. There is a reason why the machines command a premium, even for refurbs/the resale market. To put it simply, find a better price on either of the two models listed, we are all ears.
