sounds like a decent deal for the MacBook and I would go for it if there weren't so many complaints about the keyboard, battery life and lack of processing.

I will stick with my 2013 MacBook Air.

Very tempting though.............

Just a reminder that Apple is probably going to refresh the retina 12" MacBook tomorrow. Might want to hold off on getting the IBM refurb MacBook....
I can't seem to find any articles that suggest macbook will get refreshed. tomorrow's announcement will most likely be with iphone 4se and ipad update.

Thanks for sharing BUT 25% off for a pre owned, refurbished and 2014 Apple device it's kinda freezing deal when you consider how quick the technology becomes obsolete nowadays.
U clearly dont know your apple... 2015 is exactly the same... Even cpu didnt change... Just doubled ssd speed and added force touch which is currently about $2300. This one at $1500 is a steal. For exact same speed.

how replaceable is the battery on the macbook pro, looking to pull the trigger but concern about the battery as I will mostly using them discharged. I don't mind spending $100 -$200 for professionals to replace them but are they replacable or does Apple even replace them for a fee?

nvm out of stock :(

Code IBMEPP should be entered as ibmepp to get an extra $60 off, entering as IBMEPP doesn't work, use lowercase

Either sold out or your address or personal info doesn't match exactly what the credit card issuer has on file.

Tried it and it didn't work. Try adding the 12" MacBook and adding the code and let me know if it applies.
