My fault, let me clarify:
When you buy 2+ hats and the total (BEFORE discount) is over 60$, then it gives you free shipping. So I got 24$ hats (2 hats) w/ free shipping, and each hat was 41$ before discount = 82$

You can still do in-store pickup for free though.

Anybody have this happen to them? Ordered a few hats and on the checkout & paypal page, it said that I had free shipping but when I hit the place order button, it added $9.99 shipping.

Had the same problem with you when I first saw the sale and was checking out the raptors hat.... few days have past and added the last ugly raptor Hat and realized the price hits $12 in your shopping cart as soon your about to check out and pay for your order

The $12 sale is applicable in store. There's a good selection at Scarborough Town Centre when I checked earlier today, including some nice Raptors ones. You need to ask them which ones are included in the sale, they will show you. 30 day for returns.
