Thanks, signed up and added some cards I never use. I have a bier market near work so wouldn't mind $20 in free beer even if I will look like a fool pulling out some app to pay for it around my colleagues.

My phone is not in the support list. I am not with Bell or Rogers. I skip this one. I may not qualify even I apply.

Have too many phones... This is how I limit my monthly phone payment.
Public Mobile $34 15GB, $11 250MB, 2x $5 50min/50text, Zoomer $36 7GB plan,
Fido $5 4GB plan with a free tablet, $0 FPL home phone.

That supported phone/carrier list is only for payments. If you have an Android or iPhone, you should be able to add loyalty cards and still qualify.

Is a loyalty card accepted with just the card number and no picture of front or back?

Not sure where you got that it needs to be 2x TD/PC cards, seems that the requirement is loyalty cards:

Add 2 cards to your UGO Wallet by July 31st

2 loyalty cards if you're using an iPhone

2 loyalty cards or participating credit cards if you’re using an Android phone
