House washing - DIY vs contract out

2-storey 2500 sq ft, about 6 years old, vinyl siding, alu gutters.
Nothing complicated. There are some black spots on the outside of the gutters, either mould or oxidation that I’d like to see cleaned.

How much would it cost normally to have the house washed, including the gutters? Would like to understand ballpark range before talking to local contractors.

Alternatively, looking at procuring a giant extension wand / brush for the pressure washer and the associated chemistry.

Hi,

Don't any of the building pressure washing companies in NB offer free quotes? DIY is always going to be cheaper if you're going to be doing this more than once. Are you capable & willing to do this? You will need to rent or buy an extension ladder & a pressure washer.

Do it your self,

get a weed sprayer, fill it with Spray Nine and spray it on your house, use a scrub brush the one you use to was cars with , give it a scrub and rinse it off with a garden hose.
