houses with 20 ft width

I have been looking into some floor plans lately and it seems like most of the townhouses offered in pre constructions are 20 lot which makes the width of house to 19.5 ft. Some semi-detached of 25 lot which again makes the width to something around 18.5-20 ft.
With all the floor plans I saw it looks like the house entrance is narrow mainly because of the width and the house shape is rectangle, if there is a 11ft garage one side then it lives little to make other things on the right. want to know how do potential buyers react to this kind of design (narrow entrance) , how do these house do in resale demand?

Some Examples:

Great since 20' for a townhouse is wide and some layouts can accomodate double garage
